Order Processing
* Our goal is to ship all website orders within 1-3 business days, although we do not and cannot guarantee it. Holidays and weekends are included as non-business days.
*Please, note, all sales are final, and we generally do not cancel orders. You agree to our Purchase terms when you place an order.

Shipping
*All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of $10.40 for most orders. For larger orders shipping costs will be $18.40. We want to make sure your crystals are carefully packaged and arrive to you safely without damage.
*Please ensure all addresses are correct before checkout. To insure your package gets to you as quickly as possible, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.
*If you submit an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible via email. If your order has not shipped the address can be changed for you. We are unable to change your delivery address once you package has shipped.
*If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided, we cannot issue a refund.
*If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only (less shipping) or reship the package if you pay for us to reship it.
*At this time no International Shipping is available. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
RETURN POLICY
*We're really sorry to hear that you're unhappy with an item received. Please note, ALL sales are final and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. You agree to our Purchase Terms when you place an order with us. We encourage you to review our Purchase Terms.

PAYMENT METHOD
We Accept all major credit cards.
ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT
If your card was declined-
*There could be multiple reasons why your card was declined. Perhaps your billing address is not correct- if that's the case please update and try again. It could be due to insufficient funds or you're trying to use a new card which hasn't been activated, in which you need to contact your bank directly. Lastly, it could be a technical error and you may need to place your order again.
*If you payment was declined, the payment attempt may still show up on your bank account. Since the payment failed, the pending transaction will usually appear automatically in 3-5 business days.
How to update your billing and shipping address?
Please follow the following steps below to update your billing and shipping address.
1. Log into your Crescent Moon Crystals account
2. Go to ADDRESSES under MY ACCCOUNT
3. Click EDIT next to the address you want to update
4. Enter the new address
5. Click SAVE
